
In Tampa, Florida a federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Jerome Miller, Jr., 38, of Tampa with possession of ammunition by an Armed Career Criminal.
On February 8, 2022, Miller was in possession of ammunition and at the time of the incident had three previous convictions for delivery of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church.
As a previously convicted felon, Miller is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition under federal law.
